Autopilot is intended for one-to-one inbound business email triage and reply drafting. Users receive or forward emails, review AI-generated suggestions, and approve final replies before sending. This policy describes uses that are not permitted.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use Autopilot to create, support, or send:
- Spam, unsolicited bulk email, cold outreach, marketing campaigns, mail merges, or messages to purchased or scraped lists.
- Phishing, credential harvesting, malware, malicious links, social engineering, or attempts to compromise accounts or systems.
- Impersonation, deceptive sending, misleading identity information, or deceptive From, Reply-To, subject, routing, or header information.
- Harassment, threats, abusive content, stalking, or unlawful discrimination.
- Illegal content, instructions that facilitate illegal activity, or activity that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
- Attempts to bypass quotas, rate limits, access controls, provider restrictions, safety checks, or account boundaries.
- Regulated or highly sensitive uses for which Autopilot is unsuitable, including uses that require HIPAA or similar regulated-compliance commitments, unless Sophoro Labs has separately agreed in writing.
Email Sending Rules
- Use accurate From, Reply-To, subject, identity, domain, and routing information.
- Do not use deceptive headers, account names, or sending practices.
- Comply with applicable email, privacy, consumer-protection, and anti-spam laws.
- Do not use Autopilot for marketing or bulk email. Autopilot does not support campaign or recipient-list sending.
- You are responsible for consent, opt-out, and suppression obligations where they apply.
- Review each generated reply and confirm its recipients and content before sending.
Protecting the Service
Do not probe, scan, disrupt, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to Autopilot, other users' data, connected providers, or related infrastructure. Do not use Autopilot in a way that creates unreasonable security, legal, operational, or email-deliverability risk.
Enforcement
Sophoro Labs may throttle activity, block sending, review account activity, request additional information, suspend access, or terminate an account or workspace when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated or use creates material risk. We may also cooperate with providers or authorities when required by law.
