These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Autopilot, a service operated by Sophoro Labs LLC. By creating an account or using Autopilot, you agree to these Terms.
Service Description
Autopilot helps users triage one-to-one inbound business emails and prepare AI-generated reply drafts. Users forward selected emails, review suggestions, edit drafts, and approve any final send. Autopilot is not a bulk marketing, campaign, cold-outreach, or purchased-list sending service.
Eligibility, Accounts, and Authority
You must be able to enter a binding agreement and must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity under your account. You must have the rights and organizational authority needed to forward email, connect a mailbox, use the email account or business inbox, provide content to Autopilot, and send replies from that account.
AI Output and User Responsibility
AI-generated drafts may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, inappropriate, or missing context. You must review and edit each draft as appropriate before sending it. You are responsible for final communications sent through your account or workspace and for decisions made using Autopilot output.
No Professional Advice
Autopilot does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, compliance, or other professional advice. Do not rely on a generated draft as a substitute for qualified professional judgment.
Billing and Plans
Paid plans are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions may renew until canceled or changed through the available billing flow. Plans may include quotas, connected-mailbox limits, forwarding-address limits, and other usage restrictions. Free Pilot access, when offered, is subject to review. Refunds are discretionary unless a separate written policy or applicable law requires otherwise.
Acceptable Use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use Autopilot for spam, phishing, deceptive sending, malware, credential harvesting, bulk campaigns, purchased lists, harassment, unlawful discrimination, illegal activity, or attempts to bypass limits or access controls.
Service Availability and Changes
We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Autopilot. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service.
Suspension and Termination
We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access for nonpayment, abuse, unlawful activity, security or deliverability risk, violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or material operational risk. You may stop using Autopilot and cancel a paid subscription through the available billing flow.
Intellectual Property
Sophoro Labs and its licensors retain rights in Autopilot, its software, designs, and documentation. You retain the rights you have in content you submit. You grant Sophoro Labs the limited rights needed to process that content to provide, secure, maintain, and support Autopilot.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Autopilot is provided "as is" and "as available." Sophoro Labs disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. These disclaimers do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sophoro Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of Autopilot. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law.
